At Vantage Core Advisors, we are committed to delivering high-quality consulting and digital services. As our work involves professional expertise, time investment, and digital deliverables, the following refund and cancellation terms apply.
Clients may request a refund only if no consulting work has commenced. This includes research, preparation, strategy development, meetings, or creation of digital materials.
If no work has started, a full refund will be issued.
Refund Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 3–14 business days, depending on your payment provider and banking institution.
Once any consulting activity has begun—including but not limited to research, planning, strategy development, consultations, or digital production—the service is considered in progress and non-refundable.
All digital deliverables, including documents, reports, presentations, strategies, or accessed materials, are non-refundable once delivered or made available to the client.
Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Missed sessions or cancellations without prior notice are non-refundable.
If a client believes there is a quality issue, they must notify us within 7 days of service delivery. We will review the concern in good faith and, where appropriate, provide clarification or reasonable revisions in line with the original agreement.
Clients agree to contact us directly to resolve any billing or service concerns before initiating a chargeback or dispute with their bank or payment provider. Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may result in service suspension and, if necessary, legal action.
