Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services provided by Vantage Core Advisors. By engaging our consulting or digital services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Services

Vantage Core Advisors provides business consulting, strategic advisory, and digital services. Detailed service descriptions, scopes, and pricing are available on our website or outlined in a written agreement.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely information, as well as reasonable access necessary for service delivery. Delays or issues caused by missing or inaccurate information are not the responsibility of Vantage Core Advisors.

Payment & Billing

Payments are accepted via Stripe (card payments and invoices), Mercury and Chase (bank transfers and invoices), or other payment methods agreed upon in advance. All fees are due as stated in the applicable service agreement or invoice. Late or overdue payments may result in temporary suspension of services.

Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

Intellectual Property

All work products, materials, and deliverables remain the property of Vantage Core Advisors until full payment has been received. Upon receipt of full payment, ownership or usage rights will transfer to the client as specified in the service agreement.

Limitation of Liability

All services are provided in good faith. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vantage Core Advisors’ total liability for any claim arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or business opportunities.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles.
